Your business deserves more than a basic website.

I build custom websites, apps, customer portals, business dashboards and AI automation that reduce repetitive work and make it easier for customers to buy, book and communicate.

What I build

Complete systems for small businesses

From a polished public website to the private tools behind it, everything can work together instead of being spread across disconnected services.

01

Websites that convert

Fast, mobile-first websites with quote forms, online ordering, booking, uploads, payments and search-friendly content.

02

Custom apps & portals

Customer accounts, staff dashboards, order tracking, service controls and secure document workflows.

03

CRM & business automation

Lead tracking, project records, reminders, agreements, invoicing workflows and client communication in one place.

04

Private AI tools

Local AI assistants that search your records, summarize requests, prepare drafts and reduce repetitive admin work.

How projects move

A clear path from problem to working system

Every stage is recorded in TheAppGuy CRM so scope, approvals, payments, agreements and launch decisions remain clear.

01

Understand the workflow

We identify what customers or staff need to do and where the current process slows down.

02

Confirm scope and price

The deliverables, exclusions, timeline and payment schedule are reviewed before the build moves forward.

03

Build and review

You receive a working preview, request reasonable revisions and approve the completed experience.

04

Launch and support

After approval and required payment, the service can go live with monitoring, backups and client controls.

Managed hosting & care

Clear plans with monitoring, backups and client controls

Usage alerts are sent before a plan limit is reached. Upgrades are scheduled for the next invoice; websites are not automatically shut down because of a temporary spike.

Customer feedback

Real feedback only

Feedback collection is active

No public testimonial has been approved yet. Verified customer comments will appear here automatically after permission is given.

No invented or unverified reviews are displayed.
Common questions

What working with TheAppGuy looks like

Clear answers before you commit to a build.

Do I need to know the technical details?

No. Explain the business problem, repetitive task or customer experience you want improved. I translate that into a practical technical plan.

Can the website connect to a private dashboard or customer portal?

Yes. The public site can connect to quote forms, customer accounts, staff dashboards, project records, service controls and other private workflows.

When do hosting charges begin?

Hosting activation follows the terms approved for the specific project. Existing signed agreements keep their original commercial terms unless both sides approve a change.

Will a temporary traffic spike shut down the website?

No. Plan limits use advance alerts and upgrade prompts. Temporary usage spikes do not automatically shut down a client website.

Tell me what your business needs to do better.

You do not need to know the technical terms. Describe the problem, the repetitive work or the customer experience you want improved. Your request goes directly into TheAppGuy CRM for review.
